They had wonderful ham, sausages and cheese - all prepared by the Sanders family. Good job!

Gregs River is a great value (IE good tasting and low cost) Pinor Noir. (Bought a case with Mom.) We also had Michelle futures waiting, so we picked those up.

I usually do not like Chardonnay, but I liked these Chardonnays. They had a crisp flavor. All of the futures were good - the Two Barns was light with a slight pepper flavor and a very mild tobacco finish. The Fleur De Lis was already full and rich. We bought futures on the CLos du Soleil and the Fleur De Lis (the group split them). We also picked up Rockblock futures that we bought with Steve and Janet. It was the Del Rio Vineyard - it was very good.

One problem here was with the pourer at the Rockblock station. The wine (like many Syrahs) tends to have a little bit of sediment, she was not very careful about minimizing the shaking of the bottle, and she dumped the end of the bottle into Janet's glass, yuck.

Other than that the wine was great, the food was delicious and the location was beautiful.

We picked up our Renegade Ridge Estate through the wine club. All of the wines were wonderful. The setting is beautiful with a brick courtyard and tables. Why is this our last stop? All the wines are wonderful. We should know better
